Economy Market (https://economy-market.com) is operated by VIP Synergy Digital Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our registered address is 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. These terms govern purchases made on our website. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and acceptance
Adding an item to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy that item. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order before it ships, for example if an item is out of stock, if the listed price was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Prices
All prices on the site are shown in US dollars. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you complete your order, not any price shown before or after. Prices exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise; tax, when due, is calculated at checkout. International customers may also owe import duties and taxes on delivery, as described in our shipping policy.
Payment
We accept payment by card and other methods through our payment processors Airwallex and 2Checkout, and by cryptocurrency through BTCPay. For orders processed through 2Checkout, 2Checkout (Verifone) acts as merchant of record: it is the seller of record for tax and payment purposes on those transactions, it appears on your card or bank statement, and it handles related billing support and fraud screening. For orders processed through Airwallex or paid by crypto through BTCPay, Economy Market is the seller of record. Your card or wallet details are handled directly by these processors; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
Shipping and risk of loss
We ship physical goods to the address you provide at checkout. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to that address, risk of loss passes to you. Estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and international duty information are set out in our shipping policy. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address you supplied.
Returns and refunds
If you are not satisfied with an item, or it arrives damaged or incorrect, see our returns policy for the full process, timeframes, and any items excluded from return. That policy is part of these terms.
Product information
We try to describe and picture products accurately, but colors, sizes, and minor design details can vary slightly from images due to display settings, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates. Such minor variation is not a defect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Economy Market and VIP Synergy Digital Ventures LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time you place an order applies to that order. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
