The fabric blends 87 percent polyamide with 13 percent elastane for a stretch that holds its shape wash after wash. A scrunch seam runs the back seat. A side pocket on each hip holds a phone or a key without a bounce. The waistband sits high, above the navel. There is no drawstring since the fit relies on a wide elastic band built into the fabric instead. Five colors: black, brown, green, khaki, pink. Hand wash or a professional dry clean is what the manufacturer recommends, so a hot machine wash is not advised, and the flare at the ankle means these will not layer under tall boots the way a slim, straight-leg legging would.
