Sculptural Cement Face Bowl, Ashtray or Dish

A hand cradles a cracked, weathered face in this cement bowl, cast as a piece of sculpture that happens to hold ash, coins, or small keys just as well as it sits empty on a shelf doing nothing at all. Six colors. Orange, gray, white, matte black, pink, and a muted bean green, and a few versions swap the full face for a half face or a smaller face design in gray or white. Most weigh about 550 grams; the heaviest matte black version runs to 756 grams. Cast cement is dense. It sits without sliding once you set it down. It won't suit anyone who wants a plain, understated dish, since the face design is the whole point. Dust it with a dry cloth now and then rather than letting a wet cloth sit on the cast surface.
